Hard-boiled eggs with guacamole

This recipe for hard-boiled eggs is filled with a guacamole cream sprinkled with cilantro. It's an easy snack that everyone will love. You can add a spicy touch with a few drops of Tabasco on top.

6 eggs, hard-boiled, previously cooked
1/2 avocados, ripe
2 lime juice
1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 pickled Jalapeño chiles, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely diced

Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and set aside.
In a food processor, blend the avocado, egg yolks, lime juice, and mayonnaise until creamy.
Add the chili to the prepared guacamole and fill the hard-boiled eggs with it. (You can use a piping bag to make them look nice).
Serve the hard-boiled eggs with crackers and sprinkle with cilantro.
