Hummus and Cucumber Snack

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup Hummus Libanius®
  • 1 cup prunes
  • 1/2 cups red wine
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • salt

  • In a pot, cook the prunes with red wine, balsamic vinegar, honey, and a little salt until the liquid reduces.
  • Wash, peel, and slice the cucumber.
  • On each cucumber slice, place a tablespoon of hummus and garnish with a bit of the prune reduction and paprika.
