1 cup Hummus Libanius®
1 cup prunes
1/2 cups red wine
1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoons paprika
salt

In a pot, cook the prunes with red wine, balsamic vinegar, honey, and a little salt until the liquid reduces.
Wash, peel, and slice the cucumber.
On each cucumber slice, place a tablespoon of hummus and garnish with a bit of the prune reduction and paprika.
