A quick snack for that unforeseen meeting that is fresh, rich and easy to make. Surprise your guests with this recipe of cucumber and hummus sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of cucumber
  • 1 Cup of Hummus Libanius®
  • 1 Cup of prune
  • 1/2 Cup of Red wine
  • 1/4 of Cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 spoonfuls of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of paprika
  • to taste of Salt

    Preparation

    In a pot cooks the plum with red wine, balsamic vinegar, honey and a little salt to reduce the liquid.
    Wash, peel and slice the cucumber.
    On each slice of cucumber, place a tablespoon of hummus and decorate with a little of the reduction of prune and paprika.

    TIPS

    You can substitute paprika for chile powder if you want something more spicy
