Melon Wrapped in Prosciutto

  • 1 melon
  • 10 slices prosciutto
  • 1 avocado

  • Cut the melon and remove 10 slices, taking out the seeds.
  • Cut the avocado into 10 slices. *If you are not going to use it immediately, squeeze a lemon over it.
  • Place a slice of prosciutto and at one end add a slice of melon and a slice of avocado; roll it up. Secure with a toothpick.
  • Repeat with the remaining slices.
