Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 10 slices prosciutto
  • 1 avocado

Preparation

Cut the melon and remove 10 slices by removing the seeds.
Cut the avocado into 10 slices. * If you are not going to use it immediately, squeeze a lemon.
Put a slice of prosciutto and on one side a slice of melon and an avocado slice; roll up Hold with a toothpick.
Repeat with the other slices.
