Smoked Salmon Crepe Rolls

Prepare these smoked salmon rolls with cream cheese and chives, they will be a hit at your gatherings. You can replace the smoked salmon with trout if you prefer.

  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 350 grams smoked salmon
  • 50 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 3/4 cups arugula

  • In a blender, combine milk, flour, eggs, oil, and salt. Blend well.
  • Heat a round pan with a few drops of oil (you can spread it around the pan with a paper towel to prevent it from being greasy).
  • Pour a little of the mixture into the pan, ensuring it covers the entire pan, and let it cook for about 45 seconds until browned underneath.
  • Repeat the same process with the entire mixture.
  • Place the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Add the chopped chives and stir.
  • Spread the prepared cream cheese on the crepes, then add a layer of smoked salmon and arugula leaves. Roll them up.
  • Cut the crepes into thick slices and place them on a serving platter.
  • Garnish the rolls with an arugula leaf and serve.
