  • 200 chorizos

  • Cut the chorizo into slices and cook them in a frying pan.
  • Break the eggs and beat them a little with a fork, add the pieces of potato, and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a hot frying pan with oil, pour in the mixture; when you see that a firm crust has formed on the bottom, flip the omelette.
  • Using a round cutter, cut the omelette.
  • Assemble the snacks by placing a piece of omelette and a slice of chorizo on top. Insert a toothpick to make them easier to grab.
