Tuna Tartare Spoons

This appetizer of tuna tartare spoons is very eye-catching and full of flavor. If you don't have spoons, you can serve it in individual cups (like shot glasses) or even as a first course. The combination of tuna with cucumber, lemon, and cilantro is perfect.

  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cups red onion, finely chopped

  • Cut the tuna into small cubes.
