Canned Tuna Ceviche

This canned tuna ceviche is very easy to make and tastes great. It's perfect for a weekend at home and can be enjoyed with crackers or bread. Give it a try.

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 1/4 red onions
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 10 grams fresh cilantro
  • salt and pepper

  • Empty the cans of tuna into a bowl.
  • Chop red onion. Add lemon juice to the tuna.
  • Peel the vegetables (cucumber and carrot) and dice the cucumber, cilantro, serrano chili, and grate the carrot.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, add all the vegetables and mix. Adjust seasoning.
