Preparation
Empty tuna cans in a container.
Pica purple onion. Add the lemon juice to the tuna.
Peel the vegetables (cucumber and carrot) and diced the cucumber, cilantro, chile serrano and grated the carrot.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, add all the vegetables and mix. Rectify seasoning.
