Canned tuna ceviche

This tuna ceviche is very simple to make and it looks great. It is perfect to make a weekend at home and enjoy it accompanied by crackers or bread. Test it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Tuna
  • 1/2 piece of cucumber
  • 1/2 piece of carrot
  • 1/4 of piece of purple Onion
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 piece of chile serrano
  • 10 grams of coriander
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Empty tuna cans in a container.
    Pica purple onion. Add the lemon juice to the tuna.
    Peel the vegetables (cucumber and carrot) and diced the cucumber, cilantro, chile serrano and grated the carrot.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste, add all the vegetables and mix. Rectify seasoning.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with crackers or bread.

    TIPS

    You can add a little tomato juice with clam to make it juicier.
