2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups onion, chopped white
3/4 cups fresh thyme, chopped
1/2 cups sour cream, sour cream
1/3 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cups cream cheese
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoons pepper
1/4 teaspoons hot sauce, Tabasco type
1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Low
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion and thyme for 10 minutes or until the onion is golden.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for 20 minutes to caramelize the onion. Stir continuously.
Remove the onions from the heat and mix with the sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well until the cheese has melted from the heat of the onion. Serve
