4 ciabatta breads, cut horizontally
1/4 cups fig jam
300 grams Manchego cheese, or brie
200 grams turkey deli ham, thinly sliced
8 figs, freshly sliced
1 tablespoon rosemary

Heat a skillet or a sandwich maker.
Prepare each sandwich using ciabatta bread, spreading a layer of fig jam, adding slices of cheese, 2 slices of turkey, and 2 figs.
Cook the sandwiches until the cheese is 100% melted and bubbling. If using a skillet, it's important to use a spatula to press it down while cooking.
