Ingredients

  • 4 ciabatta breads, cut horizontally
  • 1/4 cups fig jam
  • 300 grams manchego cheese, or brie
  • 200 grams Turkey ham, finely sliced
  • 8 figs, sliced ​​fresh
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary

Preparation

Heat a frying pan or a sandwich maker.
Prepare each sandwich by taking the ciabatta bread, putting a layer of fig jam, slices of cheese, 2 slices of turkey and 2 figs.
Cook the sandwiches until the cheese is 100% melted and bubbling. If you make them in a pan it is important to use a shovel to crush it while cooking.
