Cheese and Jalapeño Dip

  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 Jalapeño chile
  • 4 slices turkey deli ham
  • 1/3 cups button mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
