200 grams fresh Mozzarella cheese
100 grams black greek olive
1 bunch basil
1/2 cups olive oil
1/4 cups white vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper

Cut the mozzarella cheese into quarters if they are large balls; if they are small, leave them as is.
Place the cheese in a deep plate and add the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix and let marinate for 25 minutes at room temperature.
Make the skewers with wooden sticks by placing one cheese, one olive, and one basil leaf.
