Cheese and Olive Skewers

Delicious skewers of marinated mozzarella cheese with olives.

  • 200 grams fresh Mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams black greek olive
  • 1 bunch basil 1 bunch basil
  • 1/2 cups olive oil 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups white vinegar 1/4 cups white vinegar

  • Cut the mozzarella cheese into quarters if they are large balls; if they are small, leave them as is.
  • Place the cheese in a deep plate and add the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix and let marinate for 25 minutes at room temperature.
  • Make the skewers with wooden sticks by placing one cheese, one olive, and one basil leaf.
