cheese and vegetable braid

  • Mix the first 3 ingredients well in a large bowl. (eggs, cream cheese, Italian cheeses)
  • Stir in the next 4. (Broccoli, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, green onions)
  • Unroll the dough and separate it into 16 triangles.
  • Place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil so that they form an 11-inch circle, with the short sides overlapping in the center and the points of the triangles pointing outward from the circle. (There should be a 5-inch empty space in the center of the circle)
  • Fold the outer points over the filling.
  • Place them underneath the dough in the center of the ring to cover the filling.
  • Bake the ring for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
