This cheese ball has all the ingredients we love; Tostitos Salsa Verde®, the creaminess that melts in your mouth with an exquisite and original pico de gallo filling that you will love.
For the pico, mix the tomato with the onion, cilantro, cucumber, jicama, lime, and vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, using a spatula, cream the cheese, season with salt and pepper, and add the finely chopped green onion.
On a non-stick plastic surface, spread the cheese with a slightly thick layer, add the pico de gallo, and using the same plastic, form a ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Process the Tostitos Salsa Verde®, place them on a flat platter.
Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and roll it in Tostitos Salsa Verde® powder.
Serve with Tostitos Salsa Verde®
