Heat the flour tortillas. Place a slice of yellow cheese and two tablespoons of beans. Roll it up so the cheese doesn't leak out when it melts. Put it back in the skillet.
Make sure to turn it so it doesn't burn; it will be ready when the cheese is completely melted.
Dice the tomato and onion into small cubes. Combine and season with salt and pepper. Serve with your burritos.
