Bean and Cheese Burrito

For a quick snack that you can take to the office and heat up there or eat cold, make this bean and cheese burrito recipe.

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 4 tablespoons canned refried black beans
  • tomatoes, to taste
  • onions, to taste

  • Heat the flour tortillas. Place a slice of yellow cheese and two tablespoons of beans. Roll it up so the cheese doesn't leak out when it melts. Put it back in the skillet.
  • Make sure to turn it so it doesn't burn; it will be ready when the cheese is completely melted.
  • Dice the tomato and onion into small cubes. Combine and season with salt and pepper. Serve with your burritos.
