Bean and Yellow Cheese Burritos

Practical and perfect burritos for any time of the day. I especially recommend them for lunch at the office and for your children's lunch. You'll love them!

  • 1 package American cheese, Singles® (16 slices)
  • 1 package Manchego cheese, Singles® (8 slices)
  • 1 package flour tortillas, large
  • 1 can beans, bay
  • 1 package green olives
  • 1 stem chives
  • ketchup, to taste

  • Pour the can of beans into a bowl and heat them up a bit.
  • Spread the beans on each flour tortilla and roll them up like a taco, placing it in the center of a plate vertically.
  • Using a medium and a small circular cutter, cut 2 large and 2 small circles to form the butterfly wings, placing them to the sides of the burrito.
  • Cut smaller circles with a ring to decorate the wings of the butterfly as dots.
  • Place a circle of manchego cheese on top of the burrito and slice an olive to place on top of the circles to form the eyes.
  • Cut 2 strips of green onion for the antennas and finally decorate with ketchup for the mouth and serve.
