Breaded Cheese Fingers

Cheese fingers originally originated in France. They first appeared in Le Menagier de Paris, which was a type of manual of behaviors that women of the time had to follow with more than 380 recipes, in the year 1393. However, since they are generally prepared with Mozzarella cheese, this recipe is believed to be Italian. We invite you to try this delight.
