Cheese with Pasilla Chile

  • 100 grams pasilla chile
  • 50 grams tomatillo
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt

  • Roast the chiles and tomatillos on a griddle or skillet.
  • Once roasted, open them, remove the seeds, and soak them in a little salted water.
  • Once roasted, blend them with the garlic and onion.

  • Cut thick slices of cheese (approximately 5 cm thick) and add them to the sauce.
