Chihuahua cheese

  • 400 grams Chihuahua cheese, cut into squares
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil, necessary amount
  • dried oregano, to taste
  • salt, necessary amount
  • ground white pepper, to taste

  • Cut the cheese into 1 cm thick slices, spread mustard on the cheese, and lightly flour it.
  • Dip the cheese in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper, and let them chill in the refrigerator until very cold (about 1 hour).
  • Heat the oil and fry the cheese until golden, about 2 minutes, then remove it from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve as a snack sprinkled with ground dried oregano. Ready!!
