Conopizza

The conopizza recipe is easy, fun, and perfect for cooking with the little ones at home. They are delicious cones made of puff pastry filled with tomato sauce, vegetables, and cheese; just like a delicious pizza, only in a cone presentation.

  • 300 grams puff pastry
  • 50 grams flour
  • 150 milliliters tomato sauce
  • 12 slices salami
  • 2 tomatoes, finely sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/8 onions, finely chopped
  • 150 grams Mozzarella cheese, grated

  • Roll out the puff pastry to 1 cm thick, cut strips of approximately 3 x 30 cm.
  • Make some cones with aluminum foil, spray them with cooking oil, and cover them with the strips of pastry.
  • Add tomato sauce, salami, bell pepper, tomato, and onion to each cone.
  • Support the cones in a cup, microwave them for 40 seconds to melt the cheese. Serve.
