1 package flour tortillas
500 grams cottage cheese
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 can anchovy
100 grams black olives
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Shape the tortilla cones and place them in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Cut the peppers into small cubes, mix with the cheese and the anchovies (previously finely chopped).
Slice one-third of the olives, and finely chop the remaining ones.
Mix the sliced olives with the previous mixture. Once the cones are cool, fill them with the mixture.
Finish by decorating with the chopped olives and a few basil leaves.
