Cottage Cheese, Anchovies, Olives, and Peppers Cones

The cottage cheese, anchovies, olives, and peppers cones are the perfect snack or appetizer for a delicious dinner. This recipe doesn’t take much time and will surprise your guests, as they won’t believe how quickly you prepared them.

  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 500 grams cottage cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 can anchovy
  • 100 grams black olives

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Shape the tortilla cones and place them in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  • Cut the peppers into small cubes, mix with the cheese and the anchovies (previously finely chopped).
  • Slice one-third of the olives, and finely chop the remaining ones.
  • Mix the sliced olives with the previous mixture. Once the cones are cool, fill them with the mixture.
  • Finish by decorating with the chopped olives and a few basil leaves.
