Melted cheese is consumed in most of Mexico and is served as an appetizer or snack. Prepare this delicious recipe made with Chihuahua cheese, white onion, bacon, chorizo, and sliced chilacas served with flour tortillas.
Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it releases its fat, add the onion and garlic. Add the chorizo and cook for about 5 minutes.
Remove the ingredients from the skillet, and wash with Salvo® more power*, expert grease cutter.

Once the skillet is clean, add the sliced chilacas and Chihuahua cheese, cook until the cheese melts. Pour onto a slightly deep plate and add the previous preparation.
