Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the slices of bread on both sides. Do it in batches, remembering to add more oil if needed. Place them on absorbent paper and rub them with the garlic clove.
Prepare the snacks by placing a little sun-dried tomato, half a slice of Serrano ham, and some slices of Emmental cheese on each toasted bread. Sprinkle with a little paprika and pepper.
