Ingredients: 1 stick french bread, sliced into 1 centimeter thick pieces; olive oil; 1 clove garlic, peeled and cut in half; 8 sun-dried tomatoes, with a little oil and finely chopped; 12 slices serrano ham, cut in half; 150 grams Emmental cheese, sliced into thin pieces; pimentones; pepper

Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the slices of bread on both sides. Do it in batches, remembering to add more oil if needed. Place them on absorbent paper and rub them with the garlic clove. Prepare the snacks by placing a little sun-dried tomato, half a slice of Serrano ham, and some slices of Emmental cheese on each toasted bread. Sprinkle with a little paprika and pepper.
