12 slices Capistrano® extra-thin leg ham, cut into triangles
4 base para pizza individual
1 egg yolk
sesame seeds
1 tomato purée, small
oregano , to taste
1 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
2 red beefsteak tomatoes, in thick slices
1/2 cups pitted black olives, and slices
1 cup arugula, freshly thinly sliced

Brush the edges of the pizza bases with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Season the tomato puree with ground oregano to taste and spread it on the pizza bases.
Arrange the grated cheese, tomato slices, Capistrano® Extra Fine Leg Ham, and olives; bake at 180 ºC until the cheese is melted and the edges of the pizzas are golden brown.
To serve, place the arugula on top.
