100 grams all-purpose wheat flour
2.5 grams dry yeast
1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch table salt
21 grams tomato paste
10 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cloves ground garlic
1 pinch table salt
1 pinch black pepper powder
1 pinch basil
1 pinch dry rosemary
1/2 cups grated cheese
1/2 cups pepperoni

Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center
Add the yeast, sugar, salt, and 50 milliliters of warm water right there
Mix all the ingredients until a dough forms
Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and place the dough there
Add the oil and knead until smooth
Take another bowl, sprinkle a little flour, and put the dough inside the bowl
Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place
Place it again on a flat surface and roll it out with a rolling pin
Shape the dough and place it on a tray
For the sauce, combine the tomato paste, 40 milliliters of water, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste, along with the spices.
Once the dough is ready, add the sauce and spread it over the dough, then add the cheese on top of the sauce.
Add the pepperoni on top of the cheese and bake it in the oven for 14 minutes
