Melted Cheese with Tomato and Basil

Perfect snack for a movie afternoon or romantic evening. You can pair it with tortilla chips, crackers, bread, or even shrimp. Enjoy!

  • Heat the chopped garlic in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Leave it on the heat for a bit but be careful not to burn it.
  • Add the tomatoes, onion, and chili flakes. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add the cheese and let it melt completely. Do not let it form a crust, it should have a fondue-like consistency.
  • Add the chopped basil leaves. Serve it with tortillas.
