Mini Carnitas and Chicharrón Pizza

It's a recipe that I thought of one day and wondered if they make it with meat or ham, because I am going to make it with carnitas and chicharrón. It’s a bit laborious, but give it a try, you will like it.

  • 80 milliliters water, for the dough
  • 100 milliliters cow's milk , for the dough
  • 40 milliliters oil , for the dough
  • salt , for the dough
  • 280 grams wheat flour, for the dough
  • 1 envelope yeast, for the dough
  • pork rinds
  • Manchego cheese
  • 3 tomatillos, for the sauce
  • 1/2 garlic, for the sauce
  • 3 serrano chiles, for the sauce
  • fresh cilantro, to taste
  • 500 grams pork carnitas, pork meat
  • oil
  • salt

  • For the sauce, blend all the ingredients and bring to a boil, checking for salt.
  • For the meat, sear the meat in a pan and cover. For better cooking, keep checking the meat, add a little oil and salt; once cooked, cut it as thin as possible.
  • To prepare the dough; place the warm water and milk with the yeast, salt, and oil and wait for it to ferment. Then make a well with the flour and add the liquids, knead, then roll out the dough and cut it.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C, place the cut pizzas and add green sauce, the meat, and cheese. Once cooked, add the chicharrón and it's ready.
