Nachos with Cheese and Chile

  • 36 tortilla chips, corn
  • 1/4 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cups Manchego cheese, grated yellow cheese
  • 6 pickled Jalapeño chiles, chopped pickled jalapeños

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • On two baking trays, place the tortilla chips in a single layer.
  • Place the cheese over all the tortilla chips. Bake for 5 minutes or until all the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the oven, place on a serving platter, and pour the jalapeños over them.
