Pizza Fondue

Prepare this delicious pizza fondue; it's a simple recipe and looks spectacular to make for that special someone on February 14th.

  • 400 grams Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 250 grams Emmental cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 baguettes, in half-moons
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups chistorra, cut into 1.5 cm pieces
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup cherry tomato

  • Mix the cheeses with the cornstarch.
  • In a pot, stir the white wine and garlic and bring it to a simmer over low heat.
  • Gradually add the cheeses to the wine, stirring to melt.
  • Continue stirring and add pepper to taste.
  • Transfer it to a fondue pot.
  • Serve with baguette bread cut into half-moons, chorizo, pepperoni, and cherry tomatoes.
