400 grams Gruyère cheese, grated
250 grams Emmental cheese, grated
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 1/2 cups dry white wine
1 clove garlic
2 baguettes, in half-moons
pepper, to taste
2 cups chistorra, cut into 1.5 cm pieces
1 cup pepperoni
1 cup cherry tomato
Preparation

Mix the cheeses with the cornstarch.
In a pot, stir the white wine and garlic and bring it to a simmer over low heat.
Gradually add the cheeses to the wine, stirring to melt.
Continue stirring and add pepper to taste.
Transfer it to a fondue pot.
Serve with baguette bread cut into half-moons, chorizo, pepperoni, and cherry tomatoes.
