4 cups white rice, cooked
400 grams cream cheese
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon white pepper
3 eggs
250 grams ground bread, corn flakes

Mix the cream cheese with the pepper and chives, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
With your hands, form rice balls and fill them with a bit of cream cheese.
Dip the balls in the egg and coat them well.
Fry them in very hot oil until golden brown.
