Rice Balls

This is a small snack that will be very popular; you can serve it to your friends or family. These small breaded rice balls will delight their palates with their crunchy texture and delicious flavor.

  • 4 cups white rice, cooked
  • 400 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams ground bread, corn flakes

  • Mix the cream cheese with the pepper and chives, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • With your hands, form rice balls and fill them with a bit of cream cheese.
  • Dip the balls in the egg and coat them well.
