Ricotta Taquitos

1/2 onions, finely chopped
1/2 kilos requesón
vegetable oil
1 garlic, finely chopped
8 flour tortillas
8 slices deli ham
salt, and pepper
1/2 teaspoons granulated chicken bouillon
8 strips Manchego cheese, to taste

Put oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic over low heat.
Add the ricotta to the pan with the garlic and onion.
Season the ricotta with salt, pepper, and powdered chicken broth. Let it cook for 3 minutes, making sure it doesn’t stick.
Heat the tortillas on a griddle for a short time to soften them.
Spread the tortillas on a flat surface and place a slice of ham on each one.
On top of the ham, add a layer of ricotta spread with a spoon.
On top of the ricotta and in the middle of the ham, place a strip of Manchego cheese.
Fold two ends of the tortilla to form parallel lines as shown in Photograph No.4
Roll the tortilla to make burritos.
Put oil in a pan and let it heat.
Lower the heat of the pan and place the burritos with the seam side of the tortilla directly into the oil so they do not open.
Roll the burritos until they are golden brown on all sides.
Cut in half diagonally and place on a platter.
