This recipe is very special, especially if you want to share it with that loved one... they will love it, it's super easy and quick. You can accompany it with a nice wine, candles, and a good attitude.
1/2 kilos Brie cheese, without the crusts and in cubes
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 pinch nutmeg, freshly grated
1 cup dry white wine
1/4 cups sherry wine
salt, to taste
white peppers, to taste

Spread the garlic on the bottom and sides of your fondue pot, leaving the crushed pieces at the bottom. You can also prepare the fondue in a regular saucepan. Add the white wine and sherry and heat over medium-low heat.
Toss the cheese cubes in the cornstarch until they are perfectly coated. When the wine is hot, add the cheese. Stir slowly with a wooden spoon at first and then use a whisk. When the cheese has melted, remove it from the heat and grate a little nutmeg over it. Season with salt and white pepper to taste. The fondue should be creamy and coat a wooden spoon. If it looks a bit watery, add more cheese. If it’s too thick, add a splash of wine.
Prepare the base of your fondue pot (or a double boiler if you used a regular saucepan). Get the napkins and set the table. This is an appetizer to impress!
