Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a cast-iron skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for one minute.
Add the shrimp and mini romaine lettuce Eva® and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and chili seeds. Add the cheeses and let them melt, mixing well.
Bake for 10 minutes in the oven to finish browning the cheeses.
Serve with toasted pita bread.
