1 cup rice, normal wash
1/2 cups sushi rice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
190 grams cream cheese
3 cups water
seaweed, for decoration
2 bunches broccoli, boiled

Wash the rice until the water runs clear.
Cook all the other ingredients on low heat.
Once cooked, spread out and let cool.
Take the desired portion of rice, add a cube of cream cheese, and form the ball.
Cut the seaweed sheet into pentagons to shape it like a soccer ball.
Serve along with broccoli to mimic the grass of the field.
