Soccer Ball Rice Balls

  • 1 cup rice, normal wash
  • 1/2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 3 cups water
  • seaweed, for decoration
  • 2 bunches broccoli, boiled

  • Wash the rice until the water runs clear.
  • Cook all the other ingredients on low heat.
  • Once cooked, spread out and let cool.
  • Take the desired portion of rice, add a cube of cream cheese, and form the ball.
  • Cut the seaweed sheet into pentagons to shape it like a soccer ball.
  • Serve along with broccoli to mimic the grass of the field.
