Prepare this delicious tomato and mozzarella tart. It’s a different way to serve the traditional caprese salad. Your whole family will love it!

500 grams puff pastry
5 tomatoes
450 grams Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
coarse salt
fines herbs
pepper
olive oil

On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 mm. Refrigerate.
While it chills, slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into 1 cm thick slices.
Cut the dough into 15x15 centimeter squares. Brush the edges with egg.
Arrange the tomatoes and cheese alternately.
Sprinkle a little coarse salt, herbs, and pepper. And a drizzle of olive oil.
Place the oven rack at the top and bake at 200ºC for 12 minutes.
Serve immediately.
