  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 200 grams Oaxaca cheese, or white cheese
  • 200 grams goat cheese
  • 200 grams provolone cheese

  • Place the tortillas on a flat surface and make four tacos with goat cheese, four with Oaxaca cheese, and four with provolone cheese.
  • Roll up the tortillas with cheese and secure them with a toothpick to keep them closed.
  • Heat in a skillet until the cheese is 100% melted.
