Cheese Tree with Olives

Dips to take as snacks for the Christmas dinner are a super option, to start the evening with a very eye-catching and delicious snack, prepare this dip in the shape of a Christmas tree based on cream cheese, rosemary, and morita chili. Covered with a spectacular combination of all kinds of olives that gives it the PERFECT finish.

  • 4 cups cream cheese, cut into cubes and at room temperature, for dip
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder, for dip
  • 1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, for dip
  • 1/4 cups bell pepper, colored, finely chopped for dip
  • 1 cup salami, finely chopped, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for dip
  • 2 morita chiles, finely chopped, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for dip
  • 1 cup black olives, for dip decoration
  • 1 cup green olives, large and small, for dip decoration
  • yellow bell pepper, and red, cut into small circles and a star, for decoration
  • rosemary, for decorating, the dip
  • saltine crackers, for serving

  • In a bowl, add all the dip ingredients, mix until the ingredients are incorporated.
  • On a board, place non-stick plastic, add the previous preparation, cover with plastic, and shape the cheese tree slowly with your hands. Place it on a board, cover with olives, decorate with pepper circles, rosemary, and the star to finish. Refrigerate.
  • Serve the tree with crackers and enjoy.
