Cheese Wedges

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups bread, Italian style, in crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoons chile flakes
  • 200 grams cheddar cheese, sliced

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Beat the egg in a plate. Mix the breadcrumbs and chili flakes in another plate.
  • Cut each slice of cheese in half diagonally. Dip the slices, one by one, in the egg; carefully shake off the excess egg, then coat it in the crumbs. Place the cheese wedges on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese softens.
