  • 2 cups potato chips
  • 2 cups potato, marinated
  • 1/2 cups churrito snacks, of salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, paprika
  • 3 tablespoons seasoning sauce
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, seedless
  • 1/2 cups Huichol® Habanera Sauce
  • 4 chicharrones de harina
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups jicama, grated
  • 1/2 cups carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, seedless, in cubes
  • tamarind candies, for accompaniment
  • 1/2 cups mango, in slices, only pulp
  • chile powder, for accompaniment
  • Huichol® Habanera Sauce, to taste

  • In a bowl, mix the fried potatoes with the marinated potatoes, salty churros, paprika, seasoning juice, lemon juice, and Salsa Huichol® Habanera until well combined.
  • Prepare your chicharrón. Spread sour cream on the chicharrón with a brush or wooden spatula, add jicama, carrot, prepared potatoes, cucumber, spicy tamarind candies, mango, and chili powder.
  • Pour Salsa Huichol® Habanera to taste. Place on a sheet of butcher paper and enjoy.
