In a bowl, mix the fried potatoes with the marinated potatoes, salty churros, paprika, seasoning juice, lemon juice, and Salsa Huichol® Habanera until well combined. Prepare your chicharrón. Spread sour cream on the chicharrón with a brush or wooden spatula, add jicama, carrot, prepared potatoes, cucumber, spicy tamarind candies, mango, and chili powder.
