Try these chicken fingers with the delicious touch that the unique flavor of Ruffles® Cheese will give them. In addition to adding a crunchy touch to our chicken fingers, it will also give them an irresistible flavor, so give them a try!
2 chicken breasts, in thin strips about 10 cm long
2 cups whole milk
2 teaspoons hot sauce
2 bags Ruffles® Cheese, of 185 each
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoons baking powder
salt
pepper
4 eggs, beaten eggs, for breading the chicken
vegetable oil, for frying the chicken fingers
parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
hot sauce, for serving

Add the chicken, milk, and hot sauce to a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Crush the Ruffles® Cheese in a food processor until you obtain a fine powder.
Place the Ruffles® Cheese, flour, garlic powder, paprika, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix very well and set aside.
Remove the chicken from the milk, dip it in the flour and Ruffles® Cheese mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the flour and Ruffles® Cheese mixture. Set aside.
Fry the chicken fingers in a pot over medium heat with enough oil for deep frying for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Remove from the oil and place on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve the chicken and cheese fingers in a basket, garnish with parsley, and accompany with hot sauce.
