Flatten the chicken breasts, season to taste with salt and pepper, place slices of Capistrano® Extra Fine Leg Ham and yellow cheese, roll up and secure with a slice of bacon, place in a baking dish with the seam side down.
In the blender, mix the cream, mustard, chipotle and season, add milk at discretion so that it becomes a light cream, pour this mixture over the breasts and bake at 180 ºC until the chicken is well cooked.
To serve, slice the breasts and drizzle with chipotle cream.
