Ingredients: 4 slices Capistrano® extra-thin leg ham; 4 chicken breasts, flattened; 4 slices American cheese; 4 slices Capistrano® bacon; salt, and pepper to taste; 1 cup sour cream, (for the cream); 1 tablespoon mustard, (for the cream); chipotle chiles, to taste (for the cream); whole milks, at discretion (for the cream); salt, and pepper to taste (for the cream)

Flatten the chicken breasts, season to taste with salt and pepper, place slices of Capistrano® Extra Fine Leg Ham and yellow cheese, roll up and secure with a slice of bacon, place in a baking dish with the seam side down. In the blender, mix the cream, mustard, chipotle and season, add milk at discretion so that it becomes a light cream, pour this mixture over the breasts and bake at 180 ºC until the chicken is well cooked.
