Crispy Chipotle Chicken Popcorn

Chicken popcorn is an excellent snack or appetizer any day of the week. Season with our delicious chipotle sauce, which completes all the flavor you are looking for in a chicken pop recipe.

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless, cut into medium cubes (800 g)
  • 1/2 jars salsa, spicy chipotle sauce La Morena® 230g
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 150 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups panko
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

  • Place the chicken breast in a medium glass bowl. Add the chipotle hot sauce, salt, pepper, and mix well. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese and panko. Coat the chicken cubes thoroughly.
  • Heat the oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken cubes one by one until golden brown. Place them on paper towels.
  • Serve in wax paper cones and sprinkle with parsley.
