Place the chicken breast in a medium glass bowl. Add the chipotle hot sauce, salt, pepper, and mix well. Set aside. In a medium bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese and panko. Coat the chicken cubes thoroughly. Heat the oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken cubes one by one until golden brown. Place them on paper towels. Serve in wax paper cones and sprinkle with parsley.
