Wings in Guajillo Chili

  • 1 kilo chicken, wings
  • 6 guajillo chiles
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • vegetable oil, necessary amount
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • pepper, to taste
  • 4 tomatoes

  • Boil the chicken wings (about 25 minutes).
  • Remove from the broth, dry, and brown the wings with a little oil.
  • Roast chiles and tomatoes.
  • Blend chiles and tomatoes with garlic, onion, cloves, pepper, and cumin.
  • When the wings are fried, add the chili and sprinkle chicken broth powder.
  • Let it boil for (for 15 minutes) Done!
