1 kilo chicken, wings
6 guajillo chiles
5 cloves garlic
1 onion
4 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
vegetable oil, necessary amount
2 cloves
2 tablespoons cumin
pepper, to taste
4 tomatoes
Preparation

Boil the chicken wings (about 25 minutes).
Remove from the broth, dry, and brown the wings with a little oil.
Roast chiles and tomatoes.
Blend chiles and tomatoes with garlic, onion, cloves, pepper, and cumin.
When the wings are fried, add the chili and sprinkle chicken broth powder.
Let it boil for (for 15 minutes) Done!
